Ken joined Clubhouse Capital in late 2017 and brings a variety of experience and expertise developed over the past 35 years in law, business, real estate and mortgage financing. He will focus on origination of commercial real estate and business loans for borrowers within the US 495 corridor and Boston’s North Shore.

Ken grew up in the automobile industry and participated in all aspects of running a family dealership including real estate acquisition, financing and leasing. After graduating from Tufts University (B.A. Economics, 1982), Ken attended Boston University School of Law (J.D., 1985) and entered the practice of law with his father’s firm while continuing to represent and assist in operations of the family’s automobile dealership. During that 17-year period Ken refined his skills in creative problem solving while representing other automobile dealers, medical professionals, businesses and individuals in acquiring, selling and financing their operations and real estate. Ken has utilized his legal background in transitioning from the practice of law into the mortgage financing industry and residential real estate sales over the past 15 years. All told, Ken possesses unique experience in business and law that derives from having been instrumental in every side of hundreds of real estate and business transactions.

Ken is passionate about having an impact on the lives of others, which he has done over his many years as a professional and as a sports coach, college admissions interviewer for Tufts and athletic recruiting and admissions advisor for student-athletes.

A life-long resident of Boston’s North Shore, Ken lives in Marblehead, MA where he remains active in the community in which he raised his two sons.
