Pat joined Clubhouse Capital soon after it was founded and focuses on deals relating to (i) small business and middle market companies, and (ii) residential real estate development. He has historically been ahead of the curve on financing special asset classes (e.g., golf courses and cannabis cultivation) as well as technology development. He is also the resident SBA expert.
Pat is a graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School, and attended Boston College and Providence College. An Eagle Scout, he is also a former two-time Commander of Sons of the American Legion Shields Post 43. His interests include cooking, reading (esp. military thrillers, sci-fi and horror), sports, antiques and antique restoration, and home repair. He resides in Warwick, and is presently restoring his family home.
