Clubhouse Capital secured $1.7 million in mortgage financing for the developer of 5 luxury cabins located within an exclusive 1,000+ acre sporting preserve that features a wide range of outdoor amenities and activities including bird hunting, sporting clays, trout and bass fishing, archery, horseback riding, rock climbing, golf, swimming and tennis, ATV trails, and a 1/4 mile zip line. The 2cabins range from 2,500 to 3,000 sf and are appointed with modern amenities including stainless steel appliances, steam showers, and fireplaces. Three cabins have been sold at prices ranging from $1.1 to $1.49 million. Purchasers must also join the sporting club, where the cost of membership recently reached the $250,000 mark. (Winter 2018)
