Clubhouse Capital served as the business owner’s advisor in negotiating the sale of this $15 million local textile company that specializes in webbing for military vests and packs. The Company sells directly to Tier 1 military vendors, and is the recognized “best-in-class” for its webbing products. Clubhouse then secured the requisite acquisition financing ($5.0 million term loan and $2.5 million line of credit) for the buyer. (Spring 2012)
